How to order it?

Our activity is based on General Terms and Conditions of Co-operation with BigLetter Tłumaczenia; we complete every customer orders on the basis of this document.

EVALUATION
If you would like to get free detailed evaluation, send us your query by e-mail to: biuro@bigletter.pl. Apart from the source file, the query should include the following details: target language and suggested date of the order completion.
Within an hour, you will receive calculation which will take into account the cost of the service, time needed for its completion and suggestions on the best solutions to your needs.

ORDER
Please, place your orders by mail, telephone or fax, together with the document to be translated. On the basis of preceding evaluation or your requirements, our Project Managers will send you a purchase order (PO). As you sign and approve PO and send it by fax to the number +48 58 717 33 49, we will begin working on your order.

FIRST ORDER
When you place your first order, please send us your current KRS number or entry to the register of entrepreneurs, as well as the REGON certificate.
Send the complete set of documents by mail (scan) or fax.
